Tea catering, worldwide

Chinese tea catering for events, worldwide

We bring a working tea bar and a trained team to your venue — corporate gatherings, product launches, conferences and weddings. Real Chinese leaf, brewed on-site by a tea master, in the format your event needs. Available across most markets, with the menu tuned to each country and each room.

This is our own operation, not a marketplace — one coordinator, one tea master, one barista, from setup to pack-down. It plugs into the same teamotea supply and retail line, so branded tins and gifts come from the same source.

Global, on-site

We bring the ceremony to your venue — most markets covered, travel quoted per event.

One team, not a broker

Event coordinator, tea master and barista are ours — full setup, service and pack-down.

Chinese tea only

Thirty-four teas across six classes, real leaf — no blends, no flavour syrups, no AI décor.

One enquiry, one reply

The brief reaches the same CRM as the wholesale hub. We reply within one business day.

Formats

Three ways to serve

Pick a format, or combine them — every event is quoted from the same team and the same tea line.

Corporate and conference

Tea station

An attended tea bar for corporate days and conferences: several teas hot and cold-brewed, self-serve or poured by our barista, running through the whole event. Sized to the headcount, restocked on-site.

Presentations and weddings

VIP ceremony

A seated gōngfu chá ceremony led by a tea master — for presentations, VIP rooms and weddings. A quiet, unhurried centrepiece: five to twenty guests per round, narrated in your language.

Gifting and private label

Branded catering

Your logo on the tins, cups and menu — private-label Chinese tea as the event gift or favour. Produced through the teamotea wholesale line, delivered and served as one package.

By market

Tuned to each country

The same Chinese leaf reads differently from one market to the next. These are starting points — every menu is customised to the venue, the season and the guest count.

United States — Miami, New York

Iced and cold-brewed oolong for summer corporate days, an oolong flight for evening receptions. Fast, self-serve stations that keep a large floor moving.

Mexico — Mexico City

Jasmine mòlì huā chá and mellow ripe pǔ’ěr alongside local hospitality; the tea bar sits well next to mezcal and coffee at launches and weddings.

United Arab Emirates — Dubai

A gōngfu chá ceremony as the centrepiece of luxury MICE and majlis-style seating — high-grade oolong and aged pǔ’ěr, served slowly.

United Kingdom — London

Afternoon tea reframed around its Chinese origin: diān hóng and jīn jùn méi red teas and a white-tea flight, scones optional.

Germany — trade fairs

Single-origin brew stations for Messe stands and B2B days — precise water, one tea done properly, a talking point that draws a crowd to the booth.

Russia — Moscow

Warmth and strength: diān hóng and jīn jùn méi poured continuously, the samovar tradition met with real Chinese red tea.

Bringing tea to a market not listed here? Name it in the brief — we quote travel and format for most of the world. Case photography from our own events follows the first pilots; we never fill this space with stock or AI imagery.
